Service scope
allclubs.org provides software for public organization pages, onboarding, membership workflows, events, elections, payments, records, and related operational tools. Features may change over time, and some capabilities may depend on configuration, subscription scope, or third-party services.
Accounts and workspace access
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit and for safeguarding their login credentials. Organization administrators are responsible for the roles and permissions assigned within their workspaces. Access may be suspended or limited where misuse, security risk, or policy violations are detected.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to violate law, infringe intellectual property, interfere with platform operations, abuse payments or elections, distribute malicious code, impersonate others, scrape data in prohibited ways, or publish harmful or deceptive content. Public-facing pages must also comply with applicable institutional and platform rules.
Organization content and records
Organizations retain responsibility for the content, files, notices, election materials, and public representations they publish through the service. The platform may remove or restrict content that creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk for the service or for affected users.
Billing, orders, and paid features
Paid features, transaction processing, fees, and related commercial terms may be governed by pricing presented in the product or by a separate written agreement. Third-party processors may apply their own terms and fees. Failure to pay valid charges may result in restricted access to paid functionality.
Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts may be made to keep the service available and secure, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, dependencies, abuse controls, and third-party outages can affect access. Features may be modified, replaced, or retired as the product evolves.
Intellectual property
The software, branding, site design, and related platform materials remain the property of the service operator or its licensors except where otherwise stated. Users receive a limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms and any applicable written agreement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis except to the extent a separate written agreement says otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
Order of precedence
If a separate signed agreement, order form, or institutional contract applies to a deployment, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
